ImmiSafe is operated by ImmiSafe. By using the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with ImmiSafe under these Terms.

2. Platform scope

ImmiSafe is a software platform that provides:

• verification request intake and manual review,
• connections to independent professionals,
• tools to organize, track, and manage immigration-related journeys.

ImmiSafe does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or outcome guarantees.

3. Verification services

Verification features allow users to request independent checks relating to people, documents, organizations, or situations.

• All verification requests are reviewed manually.
• Verification does not constitute legal, investigative, or professional advice.
• No verification guarantees accuracy, legitimacy, or future outcomes.

4. Experts & invited professionals

ImmiSafe may connect you with independent professionals or allow you to invite your own expert to interact through the platform.

• All professionals act independently and under their own authority.
• ImmiSafe does not endorse, supervise, or control expert services.
• Any engagement with an expert is solely between you and that expert.

5. Journey tools & guidance

Journey tools are organizational and informational features designed to help users understand steps, timelines, and documents.

• They are not case management or legal representation.
• They do not replace professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• No misrepresentation of identity or credentials.
• No circumvention of platform safeguards.
• No unauthorized access or system interference.

7. Payments

Certain features may involve platform or service-related fees. All fees are disclosed prior to payment.

• ImmiSafe is not a trust account or law firm.
• Payments do not guarantee outcomes.

8. Privacy & data

Your use of ImmiSafe is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Service limitations

• Availability may vary or be interrupted.
• External decisions are beyond ImmiSafe’s control.
• Features may evolve or be discontinued.

10. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmiSafe’s liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the previous six (6) months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ImmiSafe from claims arising from misuse of the platform or disputes with third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

13. Minors

ImmiSafe is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
