Terms of Use

1. Operator

ImmiSafe is operated by ImmiSafe. By using the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with ImmiSafe under these Terms.

2. Platform scope

ImmiSafe is a governed infrastructure platform that provides:

• verification request intake and structured review,
• connections to independent licensed professionals,
• workflow governance and structured payment moderation tools.

ImmiSafe does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or outcome guarantees.

3. Verification services

• Verification reviews are informational and governance-based.
• They do not constitute legal, investigative, or professional advice.
• No verification guarantees legitimacy, approval, or future outcomes.

4. Experts & independence

• Professionals are independent service providers.
• No employment, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship exists.
• Professional services are governed by separate agreements between you and the professional.

5. Payments & governance

ImmiSafe is not a bank, escrow institution, or licensed financial trustee. Payments are processed through regulated third-party payment processors.

Where applicable, ImmiSafe facilitates structured payment workflows between users and independent professionals as part of its governance infrastructure. Funds are not insured deposits and do not constitute trust accounts.

6. Refund policy

Platform activation fees (including matching, intake, or verification fees) are non-refundable once review or matching has commenced.

Refunds for professional fees are governed solely by the agreement between you and the independent professional.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• No misrepresentation of identity or credentials.
• No interference with platform safeguards.
• No unauthorized system access.

8. Privacy

Your use of ImmiSafe is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Service limitations

• Service availability may vary.
• Government decisions are outside our control.
• Features may evolve or be discontinued.

10. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmiSafe’s total liability shall not exceed the total platform fees paid by you in the preceding six (6) months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImmiSafe from claims arising from misuse of the platform or disputes with independent professionals.

12. Force majeure

ImmiSafe shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, internet outages, labor disruptions, or third-party failures.

13. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Brunswick, Canada.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class or collective proceedings.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

15. Minors

ImmiSafe is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
